My name is Delia Duchene, and I’ve proudly served the desert region as a dedicated loan officer since 2000. This year marks my 25th year in the mortgage industry, and it’s been an incredible journey helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership.

I specialize in a variety of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, and DSCR loans, as well as a wide range of Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs. With decades of experience, I’m able to guide clients through financing options tailored to their unique financial goals.
