Our goal with the Shining Star Hero Program is to promote homeownership for heroes in our community by providing discounts when purchasing a home. To learn more, register below, and someone on our team will contact you right away.

The eligible hero categories are:

  • Veteran
  • Active Duty Military
  • Educators
  • Law Enforcement
  • First Responders
  • Nurse or Healthcare Worker

Heroes will receive the following:

  • Realtor rebate of $1,000 applied to closing costs or as a check at close
  • Mortgage Broker $500 appraisal rebate at close
  • Mortgage Broker waives underwriting fee $900 value
  • Discount on Home Inspection from designated inspector
  • Discount on Home Insurance through Farmers Agency
